Unfortunately on Friday the 3rd September, we were advised by a patient who had been attending the physio for treatment, has tested positive for COVID-19.

Due to this exposure, the practice will be closed until Wednesday the 15th of September.

CLINIC UPDATE AS OF 08/04/2020

At this point in time, our clinic is remaining open for physiotherapy consults as an essential service to the public, to relieve the strain on GP's, Medical Centres and hospitals. While this is subject to change, it is important that we continue to provide physiotherapy for those in need while we can.

We have reduced staff to minimise the amount of people in the clinic at one time (there will be no more than 5 people in the practice at any time including staff) and have strict cleaning and sanitation processes in place to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

I would like to assure you that even if we are put in the position where we need to shut down, our team of practitioners will be there to help you in whatever way we can. We will be providing telehealth options and are always available for advice by phone.

While we are remaining open, we do advise all patients assess the necessity of their appointment. If you or a person you live with is at risk or vulnerable, please consider a telehealth consultation.

Although we have stopped group exercise and classes at the clinic, our Exercise Physiologist Daniel La Spina, is running online classes and one-on-one consults for those wanting to continue managing their fitness during this time. To book a class with Daniel, please contact him directly on daniel@exercisephysio.net

If you have any queries regarding our telehealth options, please don't hesitate to contact us on 9745 4259.
