So.. what's the story about?
Book overview
Helping his friends is what Moshie loves to do. He is eager to lend a hand to everyone who needs it, whether that is a spider with his web, a grasshopper with a sore foot or a junk bug collecting rubbish.
Moshie gets so busy helping that he forgets to look after himself too and soon starts to feel exhausted and unwell.
After talking with a wise praying mantis, Moshie begins to learn about what self-care looks like for others and how it helps everybody to feel good, especially when they are busy like Moshie.
This story is a great resource to remind everyone that taking some Moshie moments will establish boundaries, help with developing simple daily habits and can make a big, positive impact on your mind, body and emotional wellbeing.
Book is suited for ages 5+
Younger children can read and understand it too, but older kiddies will unserstand it a little more.
