The Holistic Health & Cancer Coach

The Holistic Health & Cancer Coach I offer a holistic and personalized approach to Health and Cancer Coaching designed to empower you to take control of your health and well-being.

Does this align with what you had in mind? If so, connect with me. Have you ever wondered what it's like to heal...really heal? Do you wake up every morning feeling tired before your day has even begun? Do you want to turn a corner towards improved health and vitality but are just unsure which way to turn? Being well is about so much more than experiencing physical health, it's also about strengthening your life in many other ways too. Very simply these ways can be considered as:
- physical (health, fitness & nutrition)
- psychological (the way we think, how our emotions impact on our lives, our relationships & our environmental social influences)
- spiritual (our beliefs & understanding of how our lives make sense to us & our relationship with our world)

Through understanding your unique health and lived experience, I work in partnership with you to support, guide and facilitate mindset and behavioural changes that will contribute to managing and reversing many chronic health conditions. I offer individual consultations in person and online. In addition, I also offer group programmes for those who are newly diagnosed, or struggling with their diagnosis and facilitate a range of workshops. These are designed to empower cancer patients & those living with chronic health conditions develop a growing self awareness, and greater understanding of the impact that lifestyle behaviours can have on their physical, emotional and spiritual health and in turn, on the ease or dis-ease of the body. This looks like a really worthwhile event!

The panel is dedicated to keeping the patient at the centre of the care being provided.

If you’d like to learn more about the latest research into the side-effects of breast cancer treatment, this discussion promises to be both insightful and practical. It will explore how new understanding is already starting to shape the support and care that patients receive from our medical teams.

Two wonderful community organisations, MenAble INC and the The Paperbark Wellness Project collaborating together inviting you to a conversation definitely worth having. This is the 10th Paperbark Conversation and as always, the panellists are local specialists who speak to both their professional and personal experiences of the topic.

I'm looking forward to this conversation to help me better understand how I can support the important men in my life. 💙

What does it mean to be a ‘mid-life man’? What expectations does he put on himself?

Join us as we share lived experiences and talk about connection, hormones, mental health, purpose, nutrition, exercise and also understanding mid-life women.

Our Paperbark Conversations events are an opportunity to spend an evening with a panel of local healthcare practitioners and others discussing a particular topic. The discussion of personal experiences is a key element of these events and showcases the power of story.

Panellists:
Adrian Kemp (counsellor - South West Counselling)
Dr Steve De Luca (anaesthetist - Busselton/Bunbury Hospitals)
Ben Robinson (co-owner Margaret River CrossFit)
Leah Hardy (Leah Hardy - Naturopath Margaret River)
MC: Genevieve Morrissey (counsellor - Cowara Counselling)

These amazing ladies send shivers through my body every time I hear them sing. Every time I hear the Sacred world music choir there are moments my soul is invigorated, in other moments - soothed. When their voices sing out you can hear a pin drop amongst the audience...they're well worth seeing. And if you do...you'll be exported around the globe, through eons of time...and won't even have to purchase a plane ticket!

🌿 Introducing: The Healing Path – A Creative Journey with Labyrinths and Mandalas 🌿

Meditation comes in many different forms, and the beauty of it is that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. Some of us are drawn to moving meditations, while others find peace in silence, mindful activities, or even guided or sound meditations.

Why is this? The answer lies in epigenetics—our unique experiences and biology shape the practices that resonate most deeply with us.

Join us for The Healing Path, a workshop that blends creativity and mindfulness through the use of labyrinths and mandalas. This is an opportunity to explore a meditative practice that might just be the perfect fit for you.

I can personally recommend Dianne from Dharma Massage Therapies. Whenever she introduces new skills to her practice I know that training and a lot of thought and research will be behind the reason she sees the value of her new skills to her clients.

I'm excited to be taking part in this 4-week programme...

Many of you will have heard Dianne from Dharma Massage Therapies speak at our meetings over the years about the work she does as a Lymphoedema Therapist. Some may not know that she has expanded her services to include a 4-week Qigong programme specifically for those who have had breast cancer.

The surgery and treatments that many undergo after such a diagnosis can often impact the lymphatic system, tissue, muscles and ligaments in the chest and shoulder areas...Qigong for Breast & Shoulder Health has been designed and will be facilitated by Dianne to help us ensure we get the most out of our recovery and rehabilitation.

If you're interested in this amazing programme (which starts this Wednesday) please contact Di for more information: 0401 767 873

Dianne from Dharma Massage Therapies has been my 'go to' for lymphatic massage, guidance and support for years. Having recently been on a personal cancer journey her knowledge and understanding has increased ten-fold...and it was 'up there' long before this! You can see why I feel incredibly privilaged to have Dianne in my corner.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Dharma Massage Therapies and am excited to see how Dianne's practice is evolving for our benefit!

🌿✨ Excited to share this amazing workshop! ✨🌿

I don't know about you, but with the myriad of cleaning products on the supermarket shelves, those tiny labels, and obscure ingredient names, I'm thrilled to attend this low-tox workshop. Knowing exactly what I'm using at home gives me peace of mind.

Susan, who has a wealth of knowledge and a background in health, has run many of these workshops here in WA. She truly knows her stuff! With Susan facilitating I know this will be a fun and informative workshop.

Join Susan to learn how to make your own household products using essential oils. Let’s detoxify our homes together!

Community Radio at its best...supporting local initiatives supporting those in their community.

Thank you, Barry, for interviewing me about the Heal Symposium on Donnybrook Community Radio. To have a local media station interested in a local 'home grown' event has been very much appreciated.
