Warm Morning Oats 💜
Topped w almond butter, Greek yoghurt, berries, h**p seeds, cinnamon and rhubarb.
The biggest tip I always tell my clients is that when your putting together meals for yourself to alwaysssss make sure you have a balanced plate of healthy fats, complex carbs and protein!!! This helps us to feel fuller for longer and curb blood sugar spikes.
Too often than not we aren’t meeting our recommended daily protein intake and so it can leave us feeling hungry for the remainder of the day. In turn, we may find ourselves reaching for more snacks as our body tries to obtain our adequate daily protein intake.
Aim to include 1.0g protein x per kg body weight. Or for someone that’s more active 1.5g protein x per kilo body weight! Always reach out if you would like more support 💜
