We offer a range of classes to support you through your pregnancy journey:

🌟 Childbirth Education – A comprehensive class that covers everything from birth, pain management, and postnatal recovery, to breastfeeding and parenting skills.
🌟 Caesarean Section – Specifically tailored for those planning a caesarean birth, this class provides all the essential info you need.

Infant massage can improve sleep & assist in regulating sleep patterns, by increasing serotonin levels and regulating melatonin secreation rhythms, which helps regulate sleep patterns.
