NEW POST ON MY BLOG 🖤Embracing my shadows🖤

In the darkness of my being, I meet the parts of me that once hid — the wounds, the fears, the insecurities. I sit with them, feel them, honor them. My body aches, my mind wanders, my heart feels lonely… yet I stay present.

I don’t push them away. I don’t hide them. I give them space, I let them be seen, I even invite them to sit in the backseat of my journey — but I no longer let them drive. 🚘

Walking into the darkness is a lifelong path. To remember that we are both light and shadow, that both exist within us, and both are needed. 🌗

I welcome this adventure of exploring my shadows, fears, and attachments — knowing each step leads me back, again and again, into the light. ✨🌙

En la oscuridad de mi ser me encuentro con esas partes que solían esconderse: heridas, miedos, inseguridades. Me siento con ellas, las escucho, las honro. Mi cuerpo duele, mi mente divaga, mi corazón se siente solo… pero me mantengo presente.

No las rechazo ni las oculto. Les doy un lugar, las hago visibles, incluso les cedo un asiento en la parte trasera de mi viaje — pero ya no las dejo manejar. 🚘

Caminar hacia la oscuridad es un sendero de toda la vida. Recordar que somos luz y sombra, que ambas viven en nosotros y ambas se necesitan. 🌗

Me lanzo feliz a la aventura de explorar mis sombras, miedos y apegos — sabiendo que cada paso me lleva, una y otra vez, de regreso a la luz. ✨🌙
