Another win for Germany 🇩🇪 (and the planet...)!

I had the pleasure of teaching Vedic Meditation this week to Tim and Vanessa, a young couple from Germany, currently wandering around Australia, before they had back home in a couple of months.

Working in the social service sector, providing 24/7 support to children for extended periods, their work has more than its fair share of stress to deal with.

Now they've got a tool to manage that stress effectively, so they can bring 200% of themselves to their work and to life in general.

Fun fact: 99 Luftballons (99 Red Balloons 🎈🎈) was the first and only German song I could think of to add to this post. It's a very fitting choice.

Not only is it the most popular German song of all time, but it also happens to be an anti-war song. It was written during the Cold War but is just as relevant today.

Ultimately, wars are caused by stressed people making dumb choices, so the more people who practice Vedic Meditation (or "transcendent" styles of meditation), the more likely we are to lean towards finding peaceful ways of resolving our differences. ☮️🕊✌️

When we meditate, we aren't just reducing our own stress, but we're reducing it in the population around us.

This has been studied and proven many times over, so if you're concerned about the state of the world around you, the best gift you can give it is to create your own inner peace, and then radiate that for all to enjoy.

Just like Tim and Vanessa are doing. 😀
