Hello Beautiful People
It's been quite the year so far ... so much change in mine and so many friends lifes.
Personally I've been thru a cosmic washing machine, so to speak, then the wringer and currently drying on the line it seems, strongly pegged to dry in the winter's sun.
My body desires nurturing.
Oxytocin and Seratonin levels need continuous attention.
My mind is engaged with learning cool things and the ways of a better life, currently not so much my worries.
I eat well, I exercise, I pay attention to my posture and make sure I laugh, speak my truth and honor Love.
Similar processes seem to be happening to quite a few peeps.. reclaiming autonomy. mmm yes!
