Yoni steaming is embraced as an integral part of many healing traditions and cultures around the world. This tradition has been passed on for woman to woman for hundreds of years.

This practice supports physical healing and is a potent way to reconnect and honour your body. The gentle heat and moisture of the steaming practice helps to carry the medicinal properties of the herbs into the vaginal tissue. Yoni steaming is not only a physical healing practice, but an emotional and spiritual practice too.

What is it?
A devotional bodywork session involving massage of the back, pelvis & abdomen. This 90 or 120 minute treatment also includes a short consult, rebozo and a yoni steam depending on your needs.

Who is it for?
Any and all womb holders. This treatment can support your digestion, menstrual cycle and nervous system. It’s a nourishing treatment designed to support heart/womb connection.

Knowing your anatomy and the intricacy of your own body is power. Body literacy is a bridge to truth. It provides you a language so that you can delve deeper into the wisdom of who you really are.

Your body, your vessel is here with you the whole way. Getting to know your body is vital and a gift to the world.

I invite you into deeper relationship with your internal world, so that you can embody who you truely are on a cellular level. This isn’t abstract or woowoo. This is literally an invitation into yourself, your tissue, your fascia, your muscles, your organs. To be completely fully here present, open and aware in your body.

Welcome to WÜMB. A space in service to the womb and birth continuum.

It took me some time to land a name that encompassed the essence of this body of work. What it is now and what it will become as it evolves and expands through time.
