Wednesday TAFE with horticulture Hugh! On Wednesday our employees are doing a horticulture ii certificate to recognise their already existing skills. It’s been really fun and we are learning a lot!

Heath runs us through what we call “sprinkles”. A mix of vermiculite and soil that we use for germinating seeds.

Huge thanks to for hosting us for our first work experience session. We took Heath and Max down to Byron Bay Farmers Market to help the market team. And we had a lot of fun too 😋

As part of our Open Employment Pathways Program we are looking for local businesses to host our supported employees for a short work experience placement. Through the program we are building skills, confidence and connections in the community and in the open employment market.

We will be down at the market for the next few weeks. Come say hi 😊
