Harvested in the shadow of the ancient pyramids, our sacred Egyptian Blue Lotus (Nymphaea caerulea) is grown in the lush, living waters near Cairo — the historic heartland of Egypt’s blue lotus mysteries.
Each flower is gathered by hand at peak bloom, then pressed in a traditional wooden press, slowly extracting its life force. Following ancient methods, the precious oil is then buried in alabaster vessels beneath the Egyptian earth for six moons, allowing it to deepen, mature, and absorb the magnetic energies of the land. This is the traditional method used since ancient times to create temple sacraments and perfumes for the Pharaohs, by the descendants of the original Ancient Egyptian perfumers.
