Tarah dedicates herself to the study, practice and teaching of yoga. Qualified Yoga and Meditation Teacher with over 1000 hours of accredited Yoga Teacher Training. Jiu-Jitsu purple belt under Professor Thalison Soares at The Academy Byron Bay. Concept of Yoga combines the gentle arts in studio, in nature and online.

Everything I learn I try to apply to my own life 📚🧘🏼‍♀️

Ayurveda aims to bring us back into balance by creating lasting habits. It’s rooted in healthy practice and is one of the worlds oldest holistic healing modalities.

We all have a unique blueprint and pitta 🔥💧 is an intrinsic part of mine.

I live my life in a way that promotes both inner and outer wellbeing. I commit to regular practice and morning rituals.

I use movement to boost my mood and concentration.

I’m adding new cleansing tools and Ayurvedic practices to my routine and to my work as a Yoga teacher. To live at my highest potential.

We do yoga to enhance performance and make our training more efficient 🥋

By opening the body, increasing circulation, balance, proprioception and stability of the joints we improve our body mechanics and reduce the risk of injury.

This allows us to consistently progress in our training and speed up recovery.

I love using the belt to build up flexibility and offer support in my classes. Listen to your body and let it open up with your breath, in its own time.

Yoga is a celebration of the amazing things the body and mind can do.

On a cellular level we produce 300 billion new cells every day. The body is constantly repairing and rebuilding.

This body allows me to move through life and have incredible experiences. I take care of body and mind by allowing all the good things in. I’m grateful for the way I can move and be healthy every single day 🙏
