“The throat chakra is a literal magic wand & if we're going to wave it, we better know how to use it. When you know how to use the technology of the throat chakra the whole world bows down to your command. This is why it requires the integrity & maturity we embody when we cross the bridge of the heart chakra.

The throat chakra can change the world but it can't create an impact with the voice if it doesn't also know the importance of silence. I mean think about it, imagine if I just spoke my truth at you all day long without taking a pause to listen & observe how my words are impacting you ... This is NOT the kind of impact I want to have.

The throat chakra (like every chakra) is a 2-way street. We make a vibrational imprint on the world around us & the world around us imprints us.

The heart chakra is where we come into full integrity with our truth and the role of the throat chakra is not simply to speak that truth. It's to transmit it into the world through vibration. This requires precision, range and the ability to listen with as much care as we apply to our words. The throat chakra is responsible for translating intention into impact and sometimes the most impactful, moving and transformation moments happen in silence. The throat chakra understands this.

22/10/2024… celebrating 47 rotations around the glorious sun, 14 magic years sharing Ka Huna bodywork & massage, the beginning of a new modality with the RESET program, a lifetime of nourishing the beautiful connection I have with nature, the land, little Addy and my most sacred spirit guides. Thank you for all the birthday love. I’ve been deep in the process of landing and integrating since the RESET training. My body is slowly catching up, but 47 feels divine! Something deep within me has been awakened over the last few weeks, and it feels delicious. 🐝❤️🔥🙏🏽🌿
