Every time I’ve run a wellsprings journey (we’re in our final week of one now), the ripple effect can be seen all across the shire. As we remember, as we explore the ancient imprints and connect with original waters in such a way, something wakes within us. And as we listen and gift our sung up and connected-to waters to the local water bodies, it’s like a linking up happens across the land, other people begin to focus on water, healings begin to unfold in all sorts of subtle yet profound ways that could be so easy to miss except that now I’m seeing the pattern (it’s the third time I’ve run one). I continue to be amazed at life and it’s profundities!
Now off to jump in the pond and play with the sprites.

Wild-harvested St John’s wort…. processing time…
A brilliant herb and a key homeopathic remedy, one of the 29 we’ll be covering in the Homeopathic First Aid course coming up on December 6 in Mullumbimby. There’s two places left. Besides wounds, we’ll be covering all sorts of situations that you may encounter in life - travel remedies, family care as well as emergencies and all types of wounds. Homeopathic isn’t something you can learn on the spot, but once you know a little and have a kit, you’re well on your way wherever you are!

Finished our Rosemary immersion with a well earned rest to fully receive Rosemarys song.
We had an awesome day tuning in and learning from Rosemary, exploring her plant spirit teachings, making rosemary hydrosol and celebrating with rosemary cookies (thanks and ) and rosemary beer! Hehehe. And as is so often the way after a deep immersion, her medicine wisdom has continued to work me all through this week.
If you’d like to learn more of her plant spirit teachings, she’s one of the herbs we deep dive into in my new book which just soft launched today! “Plant spirit Teachings of Six Healing Herbs.” You can preorder a paperback on my website or ebooks are out already. Woot woot!

This arvo… come play with flowers!

I’ll have some of my recent cocreated-with-the-plant-spirit flower medicines, including several made in the last month - Waratah from the Blue mountains; Wild Rose finally blended on Beltaine (2 days ago) from preparations that have been in the making for many many years from wild roses in the centre of Wales, the centre of Scotland and a centre of Oz. Loads of magic (will share more later). And there’s talks and flowers and I’m sure all sorts of other yumminess.

Mystical witchy Rue. This essence has been a long time coming - they all have their own timing and I trust in that! We gathered to make rue flower essence over the weekend and now she is buried in the earth for nine days before it will be ready. All my potions are made in cocreation with the devas and this one was quite curious - she had us stirring the cauldron with our bodies, whispering chants, and it became quite clear she has a relationship with the 9 maidens (or Cailleach and her 8 maidens) who stir the cauldron of life. She’s one of the magical herbs we work with in pathway 4 of shamanic herbalism when we engage with the elementals.
Already more insights and experiences are unfolding as she brews in the darkness below the earth…
Thanks for offering her flowering Rue up for the journey!

Our Story

I am passionate about changing the world from the grassroots up! I really believe that changing the way we relate with the Earth, her plants and animals is a necessary part of dealing with the ecological problems we are facing at this time.

Deeper connection, conversation and cocreative interaction with nature in the seen and unseen worlds is vital for this to occur. Plants have so much to offer if we choose to listen to them and work with them instead of simply using them.
