Disability Support worker/Nurses
Pay Rate: Schads award
Casual
North Brisbane

We are looking for a few more support workers to join our team at Tumau Le Alofa Services.
2 Females and a Male preferably with experience!

REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED:
• NDIS workers screening cards:
- Blue Card
- NDIS Yellow Card
- Police Check
- First Aid including current CPR

• Open QLD driver's license and own transportation

• Passion for learning and compassion towards people with Disability

• Experience with challenging behaviours and complex trauma will be highly regarded

• Nursing Qualifications/Experience highly regarded

RESPONSIBILITY:
• Provide personalised support to individuals with disabilities, assisting them in daily activities and fostering independence

• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals feel valued, respected and encouraged to reach their full potential

• Serve as a mentor and advocate, empowering individuals to develope life skills, pursue their interests, and overcome challenges

• Work within the NDIS Code of Conduct

*Must be available for regular weekly spot any day from Monday - Fridays from 10am - 12pm sometimes until 1pm (depending on clients needs)

*Must be reliable,consistent and have a keen eye to details
