FNQ All Ability Services is a Cairns based business specializing in support for the differently abled we have amazing, dedicated female and male support staff

My name is Ben Jones, and I am a dedicated and experienced Independent NDIS support worker based in Cairns, Queensland. I have been providing support services to NDIS participants for over 5 years now, and I would like to offer my services to you or your loved one. I relocated to Cairns from Melbourne nine years ago and have been actively involved in outdoor activities, such as hiking, nature walks, chasing waterfalls, fishing, gym, biking, and sports. I play AFL and squash locally and also coached the girls under 18 AFL side. I am passionate about promoting a healthy and active lifestyle. As an NDIS support worker, I understand the importance of building strong relationships with my clients and their families. I take pride in delivering high-quality care and support including personal care that is tailored to meet individual needs, preferences, and goals. I have experience in multiple areas, including non-verbal clients, mental health clients, high intensity supports, diabetes management, and community engagement. Fnq All Ability Services has grown over the last 2 years to now having a small tightknit team that go above and beyond every day to achieve your goals and provide the best and safest support possible.

We are currently on the lookout for the next amazing female support worker to join our team. If you or someone you know is an amazing support worker looking for more hours please get in contact with us for more details as we currently have a number of shifts to fill. We are looking for a reliable female between the ages of 18 - 35 (participants request) to join our team. Some Early morning starts will be required the occasional sleepover shift and weekend work is available with Immediate start for the right person.

You will require the following.

* NDIS workers screening card
* Completion of NDIS workers orientation module
* Current first aid certificate
* Current CPR certificate
* Drivers license with reliable roadworthy transport
* Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance

We are currently on the lookout for the next amazing support worker to join our team. If you or someone you know is an amazing support worker looking for more hours please get in contact with us for more details as we currently have a number of shifts to fill. We are looking for both female and male support workers aged between 18 - 38 (participants request) to join our team. Some Early morning starts will be required the occasional sleepover shift and weekend work is available. Experience with Spina Bifida, Hydrocephalus highly advantageous. Immediate start for the right person.

You will require the following.

* NDIS workers screening card
* Completion of NDIS workers orientation module
* Current first aid certificate
* Current CPR certificate
* Drivers license with reliable roadworthy transport
* Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance

It’s been a while since we’ve done an intro post 😅 The team at FNQ All Ability Services have been busy little bees with the team expanding and still growing and we are excited to introduce Patty and Tiana 🥳

Both joined the team a few months ago with backgrounds of over 5 years each in support work. Tiana has a heart of gold with a passion for helping others. Patty has a love for advocating for people with disabilities and is passionate about having a positive impact on their lives ✨

A little update on something special we’ve been up to lately! The other week FNQ All Ability Services were honoured to be invited by Cairns Squash to present the awards at the Grand Final of the Division 4 Squash local tournament! Congratulations to all the players in the grand final across the four divisions, we are proud of you all ✨
