So proud of all my babies this year. Roland was awarded the Citizenship award today at school. This is his 3rd time getting this award🥰

Willow smashed her first year of school being awarded the academic endevour award. She LOVES reading and learning and has thrived at school.

And my middle baby, even though she didn't get an award today, I am so super proud of how bloody resilient she has been this year and how well she has stood up for herself, particularly during constant challenges at school.

1 more day 🥰🎄🎅...

My goal was only to finish.

Running a marathon has been on my bucket list🪣 for a while. I wanted to run one before I turned 40. While I didn't quite achieve that (only 5 months out) but I still entered one before I turned 40 so am still going to count it 🤩

Finishing 3rd in my category is pretty good for someone that just wanted to finish. Even if my time wasn't great and they got my age category wrong 🤣🤣 I'm taking it anyway😁😁

Alot can happen in 12 months (well, 2 weeks past 12 months anyway). A year of firsts for me. And a year of ticking things off my bucket list.

🏋‍♀️ Competed in my first ever Powerlifting Competition Deep North last year

🏋 Competed in my first ever Crossfit Competition in January

🏃‍♂️ Completed my first ever Marathon (and my longest ever run finishing the 42.2k run).

Every single thing I've been a part of has had the best community and support around it. I am so proud to be a part of so many different communities who come together to for one reason - to support others.

Alot can happen in 12 months. Stay tuned for the next 12 months!

Girls Gone RX is a crossfit competition supporting women. Women who have been through Breast Cancer. Women who have been affected by Breast Cancer. Women who know someone who has been affected by Breast Cancer. On the 24th of June I am participating in another crossfit comp - Girls Gone RX. If you could spare a few $$ it would be so kindly appreciated. Plus, my team mates and I can get extra points😁

4 1/2 years it's taken me...

Today I graduated from CQU with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science degree🎓. I started this when my youngest was 6 months old, studying part time over the 4.5 years, sacrificing ALOT. My kids were thrilled when I told them I had finished at the end of last year, only to find out I still have 18 months to go with my Masters Degree😬🙄

In the last 4.5 years, I have achieved a hell of a lot, and there is no chance I would have been able to do any of it without the love and support from my beautiful family, ESPECIALLY my husband. It wasn't only me that sacrificed things ❤️

With just over 12 months to go, I (hopefully) will be done with uni for good...but....you never know 🤭🤔

Proud is an understatement for these kids.

Roland and River competed in their first BJJ comp . There were some lows, but ALOT of highs. River went into fight mode during her fights but meltdown after. Roland couldn't wipe the smile from his face before, during, and after each one.

River placed 3rd in her age while Roland placed equal first in his weight category and second in his age.

Willow attempted a go but broke down from being overwhelmed before starting ☹️ Still proud she was ready to have a go though.

Amazing effort from ALL the kids and so well organised!! Can't wait for the next one.
