Surprise! I’m having a baby 🤍

A lot of you already know the news but I thought it was about time I announce it officially!

The clinic will be closed while I am on maternity leave from the end of November and at this stage we don’t have a set date on my return.

I’m very excited for this next chapter in my life and will be sure to post an update once our little one arrives and once I am returning to work.

As temperatures cool, you may notice some changes in your skin. Here are 4 steps to take your regime from summer to autumn to keep your skin in optimal health.

~ If you decreased usage of Vitamin A during summer, now might be a good time to slowly start increasing it again (as you’re spending less time in the sun).

~ Upgrade your routine with The Secret Hydrating Duo. Healthy, hydrated skin is crucial when aiming to combat sensitivities that could flare up as the temperature dips. ~ Exfoliate (with a gentle enzyme exfoliant) with increased usage of Vitamin A, a buildup of dead skin cells may come to the surface.
