I'm Cassie.
I am a registered podiatrist and recently became Mother to my son George.
I will be providing a Home Visit Podiatry service for the Cairns communities from the end of October.
My professional career as a podiatrist has taken me across Australia from Sydney to Cairns, then I've recently just relocated back to Cairns from Tasmania.
Since becoming a new Mum, I've been overwhelmed with the joy of motherhood and then juggling the desire to return to work and servicing the community.
I've felt that the traditional idea of returning to work and having my son in day care does not serve me, so I'm prepared to provide a flexible, convenient home visit podiatry service where my son will be accompanying me.
As a registered podiatrist, my services are thorough and very comfortable.
A standard treatment (30 minutes) includes:
- nail trimming and filing,
- corn and callous removal
- footwear assessment and prescription.
- neurovascular screening
The treatment space in your home needs ease of access for a pram to enter your home (tyres will be clean and covered to prevent any mess occuring). I will have a stool for my comfort and ease of access for your feet to be attended too.
