Happy Birthday dear Linda 🧁

“I lost a lot of weight on Arpita’s “Transform” program last year, as pictured. I re started it recently and today I am grateful for her “3 food rules”.

While I haven’t nailed them every day, my eating has shifted drastically in the last three weeks (since re-starting “Transform”) by reducing carbs, dairy and sugar. I know this has reduced the inflammation in my body.

** How do I know? ** 🤔
Because ALL summer long, the joint on my index finger ached. Not just during use, but also during rest. It ached while I was reading a book. It ached at bed time. It ached when I drove the car. The joint was inflamed and sore and bothered me non-stop...

Now I have to massage and prod the joint to feel that familiar ache. But during the day, that finger and my joint feels perfectly normal. 🤩

Inflammation in the body is not good. I’m grateful today to know that my shift in eating and following “The 3 Food Rules” will help keep me healthy this fall and winter.

I have also done 1:1 Personal Training with Arpita. She pushes me to do movements and exercises with my body that I didn’t think were possible! And the feeling of satisfaction I get at the end of a workout is rewarding”

I am in awe of what my Transformette Audrey Edmond Condon does for so many stray puppies in Mauritius.
We played a small role in adopting Georgette and bringing her to Australia after much struggle and supporting The Paw Pack with donations but Audrey is doing the hard work on the ground with the daily feeding - taking precious time out of her personal life for these poor sweet creatures. I have so much love and respect for Audrey, my beautiful Transformette ❤️

Most women think getting a coach = getting answers
“What heart rate should I train at?”
“Is this snack allowed?”
“Just tell me what to do.”

And yes - I could do that.
In fact, because I’m with my clients every day, it would be very easy for me to just give them quick answers every single time.

But that’s not how I coach

I don’t give you the fish
I teach you how to fish 💪

Because real life doesn’t happen in perfect conditions.
It happens at restaurants, during travel, on low sleep, during stressful weeks, and through hormonal changes.

So instead of just giving answers, I teach my Transformettes how to think:
• How to build their plate using my “3 Food Rules”
• How to adjust workouts based on energy and recovery
• How to make decisions in real time

Yes, I guide them daily.
But I also challenge them daily to own their choices.

Because my goal isn’t to create dependency
It’s to create confident, independent women who know what to do - even when life isn’t ideal. ❤️

That’s the difference between a diet plan with someone else…
vs a TRANSFORMATION with yours truly 😜

I want to coach so intelligently that my clients don’t need me

😍 From 78kgs to 66kgs, Darpana lost 12kgs in 12 weeks 😳💪😃

“After my pregnancy weight gain in 2022, nothing was good, my looks (that hanging belly), clothes not fitting, feeling tired all the time, physical & mental exhaustion and mood always off.

I was also struggling with lower back pain caused by a slipped disc and I was suffering from sciatica pain and scoliosis as well. After the MRI, I did 6 sessions with a doctor but no improvement 😢

I had problems in bending, pain in my hips and legs. I had difficulty in carrying my daughter and picking anything heavy like groceries and had to depend on my husband for all this.

I was always in pain and it was not easy for me to attend gym classes with my young child to care for. I wanted to lose weight from home itself and without going on a DIET!

You know the ones 😌
👉 Give you a generic meal plan
👉 Disappear
👉 Then check in once a week… or worse, once a month (your words, not mine 👀)

And then it’s like… “so how did we go?”

I don’t know… I made 50 decisions you weren’t there for 😂

Because fat loss doesn’t fall apart on check-in day.
It’s ruined on a random Thursday when you’re tired, hungry, upset with the office politics and dove into that chocolate stash

But sure… let’s talk about it next week… or next month 💀
