I met my (ex) SIL just before my 1st wedding... that's me in 1998, on my wedding day. I was only 19yr old, studying architecture.

Anyhooo... I watched her destroy her metabolism.

She tried 7 different diets in 6 months. Each one promised magical results.

And you can guess how that story ends.

By month 4, she couldn't even lose weight eating just carrot and cucumber slices.

Her metabolism was slower than my dial-up internet from 1998.

“I have been obese my whole life. I tried a lot of diets and gyms but nothing worked for me.
I was very uncomfortable with my weight.
I had stopped wearing certain type of clothes because of how they made me look. My confidence had gone down, I had started to hate myself. 😢

I used to get breathless just by waking a few meters or climbing a few stairs.

Then one day I saw my cousin, Gayatri Sawe’s transformation. It blew my mind, I knew I had to find out more about it!

I used to absolutely hate eating vegetables especially broccoli but because of Transform I not just eat vegetables but I love them (yes, broccoli is my favourite now 😂).

🍕 Before Transform, I ate out or ordered takeaways almost everyday. Now I order or eat out only when there is no other option. Now I prefer healthier, home cooked meals.
