My name is Susanne Bayly, and i’m a personal trainer that is passionate about the three C’s: choices, chance, and change... in other words I believe it's time for you to make a Choice, to take a Chance, and make a Change towards becoming a happier and healthier you. Do you focus most of your time on your job, others, or your possessions ie houses, cars etc, but don’t take care of your number one asset, you! It’s sad because you can always get a new Job, change houses, or get a new car... but you only have one body to live in, and if you don’t prioritise it as important, you’ll suffer rather than succeed! And who wants that? I took this journey myself and it inspired me to work in the Health and Fitness industry. In my former life, after coming from an extremely active background, suddenly i found myself “living to work” rather than “working to live”. Finally, I woke up to myself when my body told me enough was enough. I reprioritised my life and put MYSELF and my health and fitness at the forefront of my priorities again and that’s when I knew that I wanted to help others achieve renewed energy and regain balance back in their life every day. So no matter what your goal in life is, being healthier will help you towards your goals and allow you to succeed! I know it's not easy, but that's okay, as a personal trainer I'm dedicated to providing you with the professional knowledge and motivational methods to ensure you realise what you are capable of and achieve your goals - be it, weightloss, toning, general fitness, strength, increasing energy levels, pain reduction, restoring mobility, or other fitness goal, even if it’s a little bit out of the ordinary. So hey, i’d love for you to take the first step and get in contact with me, so we can have a chat about you, find out what your passionate about, set some real goals, and make a clearly defined plan. From there, all you need to do is make that choice, to take a chance to dream big, and remember it doesn’t matter how long it will take to achieve your goals, the time will pass anyway, so stop wishing and join the movement and experience the positive change it will make.

Okay so Mobility Monday, lets get moving, and umm, yes exercise is required, i know you are ready to start today, but why havent you... Most likely because you don't feel like it... Truth is your never gonna feel like it... the solution is simple (but it's not easy) you have to force yourself, get out of your head, get past your feelings, and most importantly step outside of your comfort zone... thats where life begins, so stop waiting to feel like it and make it happen today - lets get MOVING

A 1 hr workout is only 4% of your day, and a 30min workout only 2%... we often use the excuse that we don't have enough time to exercise, but the truth is usually usually that we don't use our time efficiently, we procrastinate, or we lake intensity in our workouts, so here's a way to help battle that, use an interval timer and do a Hiit Workout... start of with just a 15 min workout (Best time is in the morning before our body and mind work out that we are working out he heee) and build to a 30 min workout over the next 4wks ... great results and it encourages us to actually use that time to the max - no goofing! so here's a link to a FREE and great interval timer...

I'd suggest starting at 30:10 secs work to rest ratio, and then build you work cycle up over time, ie 30:10 -> 40:10 -> 50:10 or similiar. Tomorrow i'll post a sample Hiit Workout for you to try out!

Plan it out - get the weeks ingredients, cut Everything up and put into freezer bags then u can just take em out and chuck a bag in the blender and your good to go for the week, makes em nice and chilli to 😜

Hey everyone, so it’s Tight Ass Tuesday, so in the spirit of things he’s a cheap way to yourself out and get into that tight sore ass (lol) or other areas like your lower or upper back and save a fortune. Here’s how to do it:

Get two tennis balls (nice and hard one’s they don’t need to be soft and bouncy) and some duct tape.

Tape the balls together and criss cross back and forward in a figure eight position until the tennis balls are completely covered. And bobs your uncle it’s that’s easy!

Oh and if you find two tennis balls are two ouchy, try three or four in a row this will make for more of supportive base and won’t be as wicked in those tight areas
