I left my calls so incredibly inspired last week.

WE SPOKE ABOUT:
🩷 What mentoring is + what the journey together can be used for.
🩷 Things that light us up!
🩷 What makes me, me — because we celebrate the fact that there is only one you & that is your power.
🩷 Personal values — because when you know your values you can make choices that align to them!

AND I FELT SO INSPIRED BECAUSE:
🩷 They each showed up despite the nerves they were feeling and leaning into a new space that’s dedicated to them and their personal growth.

🩷 They each had such unique sports they engaged in. Seriously. These girls are so cool — Muay Thai, Pedal Prix, Sailing + Squash to name a couple.

🩷 They are each so unique with such raging kind hearts!

LETS GOOO!

Love,

OKKKK TEAM — I. AM. PUMPED. 🔥🩷

I’ve just finished week one — meeting the gorgeous bunch of girls from my Jan intake of 1:1 mentoring for Term 1 AND I’m already so *inspired* by each of these girls.

Just an FYI — you are WELCOME and LOVED, as you are in my space.

You don’t need to act or pretend to be anyone else but yourself.

These are just a couple of the words the girls used to describe themselves.

KIND
CREATIVE
WEIRD *love this 😝
PLAYFUL
LOUD
FUNNY
CARING

If you’re curious about mentoring for yourself (if you’re a teen girl) or your daughter — send me a DM and let’s have a chat. 🩷

Values are things that matter to us. Our values help guide our choices and actions. Your values can change as you grow & that’s normal.

When we know what matters to us, we can make decisions that feel more aligned.

Your values help you make choices that feel right in your body — even when it’s hard.

Love, Elle

Not just a call — it’s relationship building, connection, belonging and safety.

This is the work I’m here for. 🩷

If you feel your daughter would benefit from having a safe adult outside of the family unit. Someone to connect with, feel seen by, and be supported by as she grows send me a message and let’s chat about mentoring.

Dear Little Elle,

You’re going to go through some challenges in life - because that’s life. There will be some big moments and big feelings.

There will be times when emotions feel like they are taking over and it’s hard to imagine them ever passing.
You might feel like you’re too much.

You might feel pressure to be the good girl.
You might try to shrink to stay safe.
You might feel unloved.
You might feel like you’re broken.
You might feel like you don’t belong.
You might feel different, misunderstood, or alone.

But I want you to know this: the power is already inside you.

It lives in your body.
In your energy.
In your wisdom.
In your inner voice.

Emotions move, nothing stays forever. You’ll feel deeply and learn a lot.

You are loved and you don’t have to face any of it alone.

With love,
Elle

I remember going through this stage (turns out it’s a biological process for teens).

Anyone else?!

My mum and dad could have told me anything, and obviously with the lived experience, had the stacked evidence and wisdom to support me and point me in the right direction — BUT sometimes I begged to differ.

Then my cool PE teacher (that I idolised) might have told me the SAME THING and it would land?

So this is a reminder for you — parents, if your daughter suddenly seems to stop hearing your voice the way she used to — you’re not doing anything wrong.

Adolescence is a time of neurological and emotional rewiring.
Teen girls are biologically wired to practise independence and identity.

That means they may resist hearing things from mum —
even when mum is loving, calm, and saying all the right things.

Often, the same message lands more easily
when it comes from another safe, trusted adult.

This doesn’t weaken your bond.
It protects it.

Drop a ‘🙋🏽‍♀️’ if you remember going through this stage as a teen?

Emotional regulation isn’t taught through control —
it’s built through safety, trust and connection.

I currently have one spot left for 1:1 mentoring for my January, Term 1 intake. It’s a supportive space for girls to build their personal power, emotional resilience, self-trust and develop regulation skills they can apply to their real life — at their own pace.

If you’re interest or want to know more just send me a DM and let’s chat to see if this experience aligns!

Self-trust starts in the body. And it shows up in the micro moments and the macro moments.

When we practise noticing what a yes and a no feels like in the small everyday moments, we learn to trust ourselves in the bigger ones too.

This is powerful stuff, it is a skill… a connection to self.

So much of my learning in life has come from saying yes when I wanted to say no or going through with something when my body was signalling otherwise.

In this picture, you can see me choosing what feels like a yes in the micro. Listening, honouring, slipping into the fluffy hotel dressing gown after a hot shower,
and devouring a tiramisu in the city with one of my best friends.

BIG BIG BIGGGGG YES!!

Keep dancing to life,
Elle x 🤍
