Sometimes we’re taught to push through, fix, or force change.
But the body doesn’t always respond well to pressure.
Often, it’s not about doing more —
it’s about creating space for the body to be heard.
When the nervous system begins to feel safe,
the body can shift out of that constant state of doing
and move into a state of allowing.
And that’s where real change can begin
