FAQ: “Is this program only for heavy drinkers?”

A: No. It's a coaching program, not a recovery program.

Mindfully Sober is designed for people who drink more than they want to, but who are still functioning. The main criteria is to be craving a change, potentially to be exhausted from pretending it’s fine, you're fine, everything's fine!!

This is for those with an occupation, responsibilities, and a thousand to-dos. Those who have goals to kick and who know that alcohol's got to go to achieve them.
