There’s a new layer of my work unfolding, I’ve just completed my Fascia Facial training in addition to my lymphatic bodywork.

This is about fascia, lymph, stagnation, tension held beneath the skin as a nervous system reset, deep within the places your body has been holding onto of stress, tension.

This session includes buccal (intra-oral) massage + TMJ release

Meaning, we work inside the mouth to physically release stored tension in the jaw.

I could feel my nervous system asking for something quieter, truer, more embodied.
So I listened.

My days have been full of real medicine, real stories, real transformation with fertility and children's health mostly.

Stepping back showed me something important:
Presence, Rhythm and Legacy matters more than anything.

So this is how I’ll be here now.. on MY OWN cadence, in a way that protects my energy and honours yours.

To hold a clear, grounded space for women ready to raise the standard of maternal health for themselves and their children.

She Listened. And Everything Changed.

The most powerful thing a woman can ever do.... is know her body.
To listen. To trust when it aches.
To honour the vital life force she was born with.

This work, the deep, feminine kind isn’t just about fertility.

It’s about the liver that holds our emotions,
the nervous system that remembers our stories,
the breasts that mirror our nourishment,
and the womb that keeps record of our truth.

The body keeps score.

When we begin to listen....
we begin to heal.
And when we heal, life moves through us with grace.

This photo was from my very first postpartum,
the moment I finally trusted myself enough to take charge. Because everything I fully believed within my body during preconception and the trying times. Were true. I full surrendered.
I healed the roots.

Upon many experiences, education and clinical research. My work became deeper from a Registered Nurse to a Clinical Naturopath.

That’s where my story began....
