The day has come and I am SO excited.
Many times I’ve wanting to disconnect from social media but when you use it for business awareness and growth it’s not really an option while running things yourself haha.

Lately I’ve felt the internal shifts and I’m heeding the call.

It’s time to step away from distractions,
from mental action
and from all the news
~
and redirect into the body,
into being,
into nature.

There is MUCH to share with Suntè as being pregnant has allowed for more creativity to surge and some big changes are taking shape behind the scenes. 🙌🏽🥰🌺

I look forward to sharing about that and our blessed news when I return,

Do you protect your ears in the cooler seasons?

Have you observed on those windy days you might be more disoriented, flustered, or upset?
Noticed if kids or pets in windy weather or noisy environments can start acting erratically or different to what they normally would?

Update : I only have two more available dates in clinic before I take some leave to embark on the next chapter :)

With our babe arriving in spring, I feel a desire to take some time away from the 1:1 space to give our home and my body that creative consciousness and energy.

I have a beautiful list of herbal teas and sitz bath blends I want to prepare for my postpartum time as well as some cooking for my partner.

I still have a few events in August coming up but I will not be offering Suntè treatments or consults after July until I return in the new year.

I understand there’s a lot of naunce to this, and may not always be appropriately applied to every situation.

However this remark has sparked some big conversations and reflections in our house recently.

Particularly around self worth and self belief.

Finding inward contemplation around where are we not valuing or believing in ourselves first.

Where has fear of a potential outcome or a forgetting of our innate value crept into our background inner dialogue? Or perhaps, never left the subconscious thought?

What have you done for yourself today?

Not for productivity - but for YOU.

Let this be an invitation - rather than a instruction.
To return into the softness of yourself.

If everyday is a gift, if any day could be our last gift.

Then taking a moment or many, everyday, to appreciate the beauty of life, is a gift in itself.

It’s a way of honouring the time we are bestowed here, in this body, in this breath, in this natural world, in this moment.

Free/affordable ways i find those little moments at home:

• a cup of tea in silence or with some smooth music and a cozy view
• warm oil abhyanga massage by candlelight
• stretching on my mat
• meditation
• baking my favourites
• reading poetry
• face care/home facials
• oiling my hair and scalp
• dancing to music in the kitchen
• taking deep breaths at sunset or under the night sky
• journaling
• laying on a picnic rug on the earth and watching the clouds

Sipping hot/warm water is such an easy and gentle tool for wellness.

Sometimes it’s not the fancy supplements, but the simple things done consistently that make the biggest difference.

Never underestimate the power of simple things.

Boil some “good quality h20” pour and let cool enough to be pleasant and warm while drinking.
Sip throughout the day.
I use a thermos drink bottle to keep track of my water intake and maintain the heat & pour from that into a cup to cool off ready to drink.

I 👏🏽am👏🏽infinite👏🏽potential👏🏽

What do you believe is possible for yourself ?

Ever had those moments unfold in life where it’s bewilderingly better than what you could have planned, curated or even dreamed up?

I find it amazing that despite these magical unfoldings of life, my mind’s autopilot setting is to grapple with what if’s & uncertainties.

Like the evidence of amazement that I’ve even experienced in life in those synchronistic moments & gifts isn’t as strong as the pull of fear.

When I’ve noticed that inner play lately I’ve been saying this to myself,

affirming that “I am infinite potential.”

And in that potential, there is possibility beyond my wildest dreams.

Instead of preparing for the worst - or trying to prevent what I don’t want.

I choose to live in the potentiality that it could be an incredible outcome.

Someone said to me the other day:

“Worry is like praying for what you don’t want”

And why would I want that?

Instead I’m finding my eye of the storm, my inner solitude, my trust.

I’m sitting in that place of potentiality where magic can arise and we call it life.

There’s three conversations taking place when two people are talking.

Two you can hear + one you can’t.

* There’s the one the two people are participating in outwardly with words + body language.

* Then one happening in each person’s head.

The last two occur within the individuals + is not directly with the person they are talking to in the moment.

This inner conversation occurs simultaneously.

It doesn’t come out of the mouth, but it tends to be the loudest for each individual.

It tends to influence the external conversation with what is being said or rather unsaid & what is being interpreted from the others words/body language.

This inner conversation is not impartial though. It is influenced by the individuals thoughts about themselves/their past experiences + can flood the mind with anxious thought/protective reactions/triggers/contractions etc.
It can alter what or how they hear something.
It can cause the body to feel emotions through the cascade of thoughts + our response can be more from this internal dialogue than the real time convo itself.

🌹 I had a moment a week ago where I clearly witnessed my internal conversation occurring whilst in convo with my partner.
I could notice that my inner dialogue was part of an automatic thought process that had existed for years.
I could then see that what I was outwardly saying was mostly because of this automatic process and how it made me feel, rather than truly listening + responding to the present conversation/information/moment.

I thought to myself huh …. Is this true miscommunication?

I did not have this ability to witness myself so candidly + with real understanding of the roots of my patterns a few months ago.

Learning from Peter Crone has been incredible - this Ayurvedically trained man has gone on to focus predominantly on the mind’s influence on the bodies health, wellbeing + the freedom or limitation of the mind + ultimately life, that we have the power to influence moment to moment.
Powerful stuff - highly recommend!🙌🏽

In a few weeks I will be heading back to Byron to learn from world renowned Vaidya, Dr Harsha Raju.

I am so grateful for these wonderful opportunities to learn from such a distinguished practitioner of Ayurveda, it certainly feels quite surreal at times, I often find myself in awe contemplating how I am here in 2025 learning about this ancient wisdom that effortlessly endures the test of time and the opportunities to persist with the study of Ayurveda continue to appear synchronistically in my life.

The gentle nudge is always nudging, and I am grateful for the direction it has gifted my life, my career and the ample benefits it has brought for my health, wellbeing and understanding of my body.

I have never felt more educated, self empowered and connected to notice what my body is feeling or demonstrating through its subtle signs and how to gently rebalance and support before or during illness.

This photo is from last years retreat with my teachers, Dr Harsha Raju & Dr. Pavani Raju.
The practices I learnt last year in the retreat and continue to practice and refine, have become an integral part of my self connection and rebalancing. I look forward to this years training and the expanding on the last few years of learning.
