πŸ”‘ Alrighty! If a weak core was the sole reason for most back pain, then we'd had solved the worldwide epidemic of back pain decades ago!

πŸ”‘ Because back pain isn't always a sign of weakness...

πŸ”‘ In fact, many people with strong cores may still succumb to back pain, while others with 'weak cores' have none.....

πŸ”‘ Which tells us that strength alone doesn't explain the whole picture....Β 

πŸ”‘ Back pain is far more about how the body, mind, and lifestyle interact, rather than just how many bird dogs you can do or how long you can hold a plank for....

πŸ”‘ So in reality, ongoing back pain is often less about β€œfixing” a weakness, and more about restoring balance to how you move, live, and respond to life's stressors.Β
