At Invigorate Conference 2026, Tamara Holmes invites us to explore the power of collective thinking, collaboration, and pedagogical “BIG-NESS” in everyday practice.

This inspiring session reflects on researching alongside children, making learning visible, and creating learning communities where everyone’s thinking and contributions are valued.

Because when we learn, reflect, and research together, we create space for deeper learning for children and ourselves.

At Invigorate Conference 2026, Adam Christie invites educators to reflect on the beauty, complexity, and possibility held within ordinary moments.

This thoughtful session explores how attuning to everyday encounters can create opportunities for deeper reflection, meaningful dialogue, and intentional decision making in practice.

Because sometimes the most extraordinary learning begins in the moments we almost overlook.

At Invigorate Conference 2026, Kelly Goodsir invites educators to reflect on how intentional environments can nurture enquiry, make thinking visible, and position educators as researchers alongside children.

This inspiring session explores enquiry-based learning, living documentation, and creating dynamic spaces where curiosity, complexity, and meaningful engagement are valued.

Because powerful learning environments do more than occupy hands. They inspire thinking, wonder and discovery.

At Invigorate Conference 2026, Anthony Semann’s keynote will challenge us to rethink the role of debate, dialogue, and differing perspectives in creating quality practice.

This session invites educators and leaders to reflect on team culture, productive tension, and the importance of environments where thinking is visible and voices are valued.

Because the real risk is not disagreement. It’s staying comfortable and standing still.

⭐ Speaker Highlight: Tamara Holmes

Tamara has worked in early childhood education for over twenty years, from community childcare to junior primary classrooms.

Tamara currently teaches and learns with pre-schoolers at Pennington Children’s Centre, located in a vibrant and diverse community in Adelaide’s west.

Tamara’s passion for documenting learning, both children’s and her own, has developed and refined over time with support from the team of educators and leaders she learns alongside and from the valued mentorship of Prof. Alma Fleet. Tamara believes in and advocates for pedagogical documentation as a way of working with children and families because it strengthens relationships, makes visible growth and learning over time and values children as capable thinkers.

Tamara also identifies pedagogical documentation as a tool for self-reflection. Before becoming an educator, Tamara was (and may well still be) a visual artist; her creative disposition contributes to her love of writing and her aesthetic approach.
