Built from lived experience, this space exists to bring women back to themselves through connection, softness, and movement that feels supportive, not demanding.

A reminder that you don’t have to keep pushing through everything alone.

You can be lying in bed, sitting still, or “taking time to rest”… and still have a nervous system that’s stuck in stress mode.

If you often feel:
– Tired, but unable to switch off
– Overstimulated by small things
– Wired, restless, or emotionally reactive
– Mentally exhausted, but not deeply rested
– Like your body is always “on”

Your nervous system may still be sitting in fight-or-flight.
True regulation isn’t just physical rest. It’s teaching the body how to feel safe enough to slow down.
This is why practices like sound baths can be so powerful, they create space for the body to soften, release stored tension, and return to a deeper state of calm.

Sometimes healing doesn’t look like doing more.
Sometimes it looks like slowing down enough to listen.

I was a single mum, teaching full time, raising four daughters.

I was doing the yoga. Going to the gym. Doing all the “right things.”

But I was doing them the way I did everything else.

Pushing through. Ticking boxes. Holding it together.

What I needed, what I couldn’t find anywhere, was a space that calmed my nervous system before it asked anything of me.

A place that met me exactly where I was.

That moved me gently from the inside out, rather than demanding more from a tank that was already running on empty.

So when the quiet nudge inside said there is something else, I listened.

Within a couple of months, Body Mind Flow was born.

Not from a business plan. From a lived experience.

From the woman I was. And the women I knew were out there.

Capable, deeply feeling women who were doing everything for everyone else and quietly disappearing in the process.

That is still who I build this for. Every single day. 🤍
