What has been the most magical, inspiring and busiest year yet.
Theres truly no words to capture the love and admiration I have for not only the families ive been honoured to work with, but the incredible birth workers ive shared space with.

2026 is coming in hotttttt, a booked out Jan, Feb, March, April, May, June and part booked July means THE WORLD to me 🤍

May 2026 bring you as much magic and love you put into the world 🤍

First for us both!

I was so honoured to be asked to support a first-time mum for a homebirth
makes everything easy, and this was on my little bucket list, a homebirth 🥹 being in a homebirth is special, and you truly need to trust the people who surround the space with you, thankfully nothing is easier when working with Talia ❣️

It absolutely takes a special person to have a homebirth. I am a huge advocate for informed birthing. Its that simple. Want a homebirth perf, let's explore. Hospital brilliant, what do you feel you need? Planned c section, no worries lets pick some songs. I'll never tell a woman how to birth, and I've never once been in awe, regardless of how they have birthed.

Watching baby C be birthed surrounded by 'home' surrounded by phenomenal care providers, surrounded by love, calm and confidence was just so incredible

WEEKS of nutritional value easy reheat meals still achieved despite the work load she has.

Im honestly always in awe of birthing mums I struggle to find the words to express the gratitude I have for them allowing me in their space. To witness such a beautiful moment of a mother meeting their child 🤍

I know pregnancy is hard, putting in the valued time to really enjoy your 4th trimester is honestly invaluable

My nephew baby J (who is almost 3 sorry WHATTTT) and my great neice baby E 😍

I still pinch myself that I got to see them enter this crazy world, blessed beyond measure I get to watch them grow forever 🥹

A & B - Mum & Dad

Special birth this one, being the Dads aunt and witnessing his partner birth, was a special privilege.

Watching baby E take her first little scream was magic, put it into context because sometimes birth is over looked, I watched a whole human start their life! What a deadset blessing.

Rear facing on the toilet while Dad applies pressure to the back to help relieve pain is a great labouring position.

Switch those big lights off
Get an extension for that gas and air
Calm music playing in the background
Eyes closed
Controlled breathing

A doula doesn't replace the partner, we encourage, support, facilitate in the background so they can engage, encourage, and help Mum feel safe and secure.

What a dream I live getting to do this 🤍

Leading up to anyone's 'expected due date' ill flick a message if I'm more than an hour away, JUST IN CASE !

Can't guarantee what I'll be wearing but can guarantee I'll always be there to support you.

The footy families find it hilarious my very loud intense mum voice for cheering converts to a quiet calming one for birth🤣 Jack of all trades 😋

Last night, I was blessed enough to meet with other like-minded birth workers.
From nutrition for fertility, birth education, lactation consultants, midwives, doulas, the list was long.

We're so fortunate in Macarthur to have so many incredible women support families through the most important time of their lives and having these connections allows us to ensure whoever we come across can be linked into even more support.
