Mixed Media Workshops:
Art & Craft

Hi Everyone, DeEd NSW are inviting you to join us in our mixed media and art journalling workshops, being held on Wednesdays in Bradbury.
All materials are provided.
The workshops are aimed at sustaining good mental health.
Requirements are to have good fine motor skills due to all the cutting and glueing.

This is not an NDIS funded group but a community initiative aimed at sustaining good mental health.

DeEd NSW would like to advise we are taking Expressions of Interest to our upcoming Anxiety Management Workshop in June.

The program is developed and delivered by our NDIS registered Developmental Educator.
The evidence-based content explores intense emotions, identifies body sensations and the neurological basis of anxiety.

Students will learn that their thoughts are not always facts and how to banish the brain bully.
We teach in a relaxed and informal setting while engaging in art & craft activities.
