A few weeks ago, Kent, Tim and Emily attended an intensive session on managing lumbopelvic pain. The course was held at Back In Motion Valley View's brand new clinic and the clinic kindly hosted our Chief Education and Research Officer, Kerrie Evan, who ran the session.

The session was a great reminder to be truly present, reflect on bias and to balance evidence-based research with true human connection.

​A huge thank you to Kerrie for sharing her incredible depth of knowledge and for pushing us to elevate our practice. It was an inspiring weekend of growth for the whole team!

We hope that you all have a happy and safe Christmas and New Years!

We'll be closed for a few days to give everyone a well earned break and will re-open on Monday 29th Dec. We'll also be closed on Thursday 1st and Saturday 3rd of January.

If you have remedial massage cover (you'll usually find this under an alternative or natural therapies category in your extras cover), give us a call on 8365 7966 to book in with Penny for a 20 or 40 minute remedial massage*. Keep an eye out on our website for online bookings coming soon!

If you'd prefer a relaxation massage 💆🏼‍♀️ Penny is still offering these too! Penny is available for all massage booking types on Wednesday mornings and Friday afternoons.

Help us fight to end period poverty this August!

Throughout the month of August, we will be taking donations of a wide variety of period and incontinence products for 's Dignity Drive!

Products must be in original, sealed packaging and can include:
🌷Pads
🌷Tampons
🌷Maternity pads
🌷Incontinence pads
🌷Reusable pads
🌷Period-proof underwear
🌷Menstrual cups

We will have a donation box in our reception area and we are a registered business collection point so feel free to spread the word and get your family, friends and colleagues involved in donating!

At the end of August, Share the Dignity distribute the donated products amongst their charity partners such as the Salvation Army, Backpacks 4 Kids and Headspace.
