ANZAC Day is a reminder for all Australians to reflect on the sacrifices made and to offer support to all past and present service personnel who may be traumatised by aspects of their service. For those who are hurting physically or emotionally, please reach out for help and do not suffer in silence.

The Bravest thing you can do is to acknowledge you are hurting and seek help.

For family members or loved ones of a past or current serving member, please get in touch with them if you notice a difference in their behaviour or demeanour.

When you are hurting, often there is no emotional capacity to seek help.

You may be their lifeline!
