💛 RUOK Day is coming this Thursday, the 12th of September 💛
At our medical centre, we encourage everyone to check in with those around them. It starts with a simple question: Are you okay? But don’t stop there. Here are the 4 steps to a meaningful conversation:

1️⃣ Ask: Start the conversation with, “Are you OK?”
2️⃣ Listen: Take the time to really listen to their response.
3️⃣ Encourage action: Ask if they’ve spoken to their doctor about how they’re feeling.
4️⃣ Check in: Follow up later to see how they’re doing.
