I spent years on antidepressants until I found these therapies.

I am Nay, Holistic Counsellor and Breathwork Therapist. I did not study this because I read about it. I lived it. 17 years of depression, PTSD and panic attacks that finally shifted through breathwork and holistic counselling when nothing else could.

Now I help busy mums release the anxiety, overwhelm and stress from their body and mind so they can feel like themselves again.

This couldn’t be more authentically me. Silly, straight up, empowering and passionate about helping women feel better.

Healing doesn’t have to be heavy. It doesn’t have to feel like sitting in silence unpacking everything that has ever gone wrong.

It can feel like finally being understood. Like someone in your corner who actually gets it. Like laughing at something you thought you’d never laugh about.

That is what I build with every woman I work with.

The patience game is next level as a parent.

We can’t control their emotions, so it’s important that we regulate our own.

This is how we manage our own reactions whilst they’re experiencing a rollercoaster of big emotions.

I still frustration, but when I prioritise nervous system and emotional regulation, I can meet her with love and patience in these moments.

And honestly, these moments are all day long in this toddler stage.
