Do yoga! You’ll just love it. It works for the physical, mental & other aspects of our complex beings…
Postures/asanas/stretches. Breathing practices. Relaxation & meditation practices. Take yr pick 🙂. Or do a bit of all. But, keep it simple!
Build it up gradually. Perhaps, a weekly class + one or two 10-minute sessions ‘at home’. Slowly, slowly.. Best wishes 🫶💗👏. Sindhu -Oms-
