~ The Super Full Moon tonight on 3 January 2026 will be larger and brighter than a typical full moon as it orbits around us.
The first Full Moon of the year is also known as the Wolf Moon and is associated with:

🌕 Survival and resilience – enduring hardship and setting healthy boundaries

So it is a perfect time to release the things that no longer serve you and to set intentions that are long-term rather than quick changes.
