Zumba is a fun dance-inspired fitness class that incorporates cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. I design my playlists to give you a high-intensity interval-like workout with cardio and strength endurance training and a whole lot of silliness and sass! You are invited to make each song and move your own, bring your own flavour, and modify each step to your needs. My hope is that

you leave feeling confident, empowered, and strong!

Weekly Schedule:
- Sunday 4:00-4:55pm, Canberra Dance Theatre, 1 Kingsley St (Cnr ANU and Barry Drive)

- Wednesday 7:30-8:25pm, Canberra Dance Theatre, 1 Kingsley St (Cnr ANU and Barry Drive)
