🔵 HAYDEN 🔵
☕️ What started as coffee with a mates cousin, ended up me walking away thinking - “how do I keep his brain in our business”. I never said anything at first - but straight from the start I had a longer term plan for him 😆
🔑 I love Hayden’s vision, his ex*****on, his firm but friendly nature, & his love of what we do - and personally, we tick similarly - always zooming out and thinking of a bigger vision.
We have some big plans frying in the pot 🍳🥓
In 2011, I started Capital Hydrotherapy all by myself, with minimal funds, just a truck load of passion. I was in the right place at the time right time - and said “HELL YES” to a “Hydrotherapy pool opportunity” that was presented to me. I said yes before I was ready, and worked to rest out along the way. And honestly, most days- it still feels like I’m working it out.
It’s come to a point now, where after 14 years it’s time to personally take a different direction & step back from Capital Hydrotherapy- therefore, we need help to drive the ship behind the scenes. I know all too well what happens if the foot’s taken off the accelerator.
Hayden provides us with new fresh eyes & wisdom. We honestly, are the best Hydrotherapy business in Australia - & I’d challenge the world.
I’ll still be very active on pool deck, as I love taking classes and treating patients will ALWAYS be my biggest joy. But I’ll be gradually handing over the larger picture items to Hayden over the next few months.
Everyone’s individual roles at Capital Hydrotherapy won’t change. Rach will still drive the team, and Bray will still lead our technical side of our vision. I’ll continue to sort out the grazing platters, coffees and Margs 😆🍸(best job description ever by the way 🍿)
Hayden will be the glue to drive us forward as a business; and support the team with their goals and ideas.
