Sharing an update-
🌟What I have experienced in the last few months.

Letting go of 1:1 in clinic healing ❤️‍🩹 work over the last 30 years left me in pain and bedridden for 2 months!

💚I was challenged to “break up” with the idea that I or my clients needed “fixing”, which had left me totally depleted.

💚While lying there in bed, almost comatose for hours,
Spirit guided me through this tunnel of pain with downloads of new awareness.

💛”Pati, it’s now all about empowering yourself, and others to “remember” who we all truly are -

💛Divine Golden Souls in a human form.

💛When we “remember”, we can draw on that infinite Golden Light Source energy and wisdom to navigate whatever life throws at us in a completely new, transformative way.

💛We stop looping in the pain of suffering and start truly trusting that every life experience is a step towards creating our abundant golden life.

💛On this Sacred Day of Good Friday, let’s talk EMOTIONS 💫
💫How are you truly feeling right now?
💫What EMOTION is flowing through you at this moment?
💫Let’s give ourselves permission to truly “see” this emotion.
💫What is it telling us?
💫Is it overwhelming us?
💫How might we process this Emotion?
💫On contemplating this question just now, personally, the spontaneous emotion which arose in me was
“I feel unsafe in this body of mine and in this world”.
🤩Wow where did that come from? Surprised and not so surprising, when I think about what my body is often telling me💚.
💚Just giving myself permission to deeply feel the truth of this Emotion is already allowing it to be be released and I can feel my body slowly relaxing.
🌟And then a realisation arose…
💛Yes our emotions often seem to arise spontaneously, seemingly “out of the blue” so to speak.
💛We often are not consciously aware of where or why a particular emotion arose.
💛Emotions can move quickly or can become “stuck” in our bodily awareness.
💛Emotions need to be “moved”, felt, expressed and understood.
✨The 🔑 is to feel all of our emotions, and to understand that we are not only our emotions.
To not fully identify ourselves by them.
💛We are much more than our emotions.
💛Remember we are all Divine Human Beings, who feel and can be guided by our emotions into deeper and deeper healing and true Soul awareness.
💛Our emotions can then be our Guides to healing and expanded Soul consciousness.
💛🌟💫🥰💚🙏✨

🥰So just for today, let’s truly “feel” whatever EMOTIONS arise in us.
