As of today, Monday, 12th Jan, we’re returning to our regular class schedule! πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ Along with this, there are a few small updates we’d like to share:

🌿 Awaken Mondays will now be guided by Tara, with a refreshed Yogalates-inspired approach β€” blending mindful movement, strength, and breath to start your week with energy and balance.

πŸ’› Elena will be taking some time off to focus on her health. During this period:
– Tuesday lunchtime class paused
– Wednesday evening class on hold briefly

✨ Other classes remain the same, and we’re so grateful for your presence as our schedule evolves.
