Therapy isn’t the doctor’s office, it’s the gym. You’re not here to be diagnosed and sent home, you’re here to train.
Therapy is showing up. It’s doing the reps - practising techniques, sitting with discomfort, leaning into the hard stuff. It’s repetitive, humbling, and there will be moments where you question whether it’s even working.
Your therapist is your spotter. They’re there to guide you, support you, and hold the space. But they can’t lift the weight for you. That part is yours and you’re more capable of it than you think. 🧡
