International Women’s Day is an opportunity to pause and recognise the contribution of the women across our business.
The 2026 theme, Balance the Scales, speaks to fair access to opportunity, genuine pathways to leadership, and recognising contribution on merit. Creating environments where everyone can progress takes intent and consistent follow-through, and that’s something we’re committed to at Mainbrace.
Construction has traditionally been a male-dominated industry, but that is changing. Increasing participation across our workforce remains an important opportunity for our sector, strengthening how teams collaborate, solve problems, and deliver projects.
Across all three states, the women in our teams play a vital role in how we deliver. Their experience and perspective shape the way we work, and our business is stronger because of it.
