This is a small home based business. Located in Caringbah, I have a lovely treatment room, that embodies the art of my cherished Huna styled massage skills.

The origins of Huna are of course Hawaiian and intertwined with over 15 years of remedial and therapeutic massage skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of the body through many years of yoga and meditation teaching. I have combined what I know to form a warm, wholistic styled practice.

My joy in treating is ease, not only of the physical but also of overzealous nervous systems and bustling busy minds, with the Love and nurturing of Huna Bodyworks and what I bring to this art of flow and depth, physically, mentally and emotionally.
