Immune-Boosting Kids’ Gummies 🌿🍓
Ingredients (makes ~20 gummies):
1 cup 100% fruit juice (orange, apple, or mixed berries) 🍊🍓
2 tbsp honey (for kids over 1 year) 🍯
2 tbsp powdered gelatin (or agar-agar for vegan option) 🌱
1 drop food-grade lemon essential oil 🍋
1 drop food-grade orange essential oil 🍊
Optional: 1 drop food-grade lavender essential oil 🌸 for calming
Instructions:
Pour juice into a small saucepan over low heat (do not boil).
Whisk in gelatin or agar until fully dissolved.
Remove from heat and stir in honey and essential oils.
Pour mixture into silicone molds 🍬.
Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours until set.
Pop out gummies and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Tips & Safety:
Always use food-grade essential oils and 1 drop per batch—more can be too strong for children.
Never give essential oils directly—always dilute in food or carrier.
These gummies are a tasty complement, not a replacement for healthy food or medical care.
