My next batch of dinners of 2024 is finally up!
We are back at and I could not be more excited for that, I think amongst all my events, the nights at Henry Sugar where some of my favourites!
Most of my events this year will be held there and it’s gonna be incredibly delicious 🤍
Dates are the following: 5th and 6th of March plus 9th and 10th of April. We will than be back in June but I’m between there will more happening I assure you!

Looking forward to see you all with some new ideas I have been developing in the last few months..can’t wait to cook for you again 🙏🏽

Sometimes you need to lose your path a little to remember which walk you have always wanted to walk.
Sometimes you need to lose yourself a little to understand that the values and attributes you are craving so much to be yours have always been part of you before you missed the turn.
You don’t always need fireworks to make big shifts as a change in perspective can be subtle and gentle to make important adjustments in our lives.
Days of survival are gone.
Took a while but all it matters to me is that no day has passed without making a step forward, I’ve learnt that the steps have not to be huge all the time as long as they’re forward.
Little by little, humbling tiny steps to forge my resilience and preparing for an amazing future ahead 🤍

RISOTTO MASTER CLASS DROP!
I’m delighted to announce my first risotto cooking class at on Saturday 4th of November!
On this 3 hours immersion in the world of Rice we will explore different varieties of rice, different ways of making your risottos never boring, learn 3 of my best risotto dishes from scratch, learning the perfect technique for a always creamy and al dente dish, what to not do and few tips on broths, garnishes, purées and infused oils.
We will than enjoy the three risottos and a glass of wine all together.

So grateful for the last pop ups, it was fun and really loved the intimate, cosy and warm environment of the venue.
It was a vibe and we are bringing that back to the north side!
New dates at upstairs for another week of connection and food!
We have very limited sitting as again I am going to cook for only few guests per night.
So if you enjoyed being so close to the action book your chef table on website for the 16th, 17th and 18th of August!

I’m back in Melbourne friends, apart from the cold is nice to get to a sort of routine again!
Travels always bring some valuable lessons and new prospectives..spending time alone in new environments was incredibly helpful in so many ways.
Time to put those lessons into practice and time to warm up for my next batch of dinners at , I miss my kitchen and tribe so much..my safe space and purpose.
There are still few tickets left so if you’re keen for an intimate night of food and drinks you know what to do!
See you all in a couple of weeks 🤍
