We’re expanding our elite coaching team and looking for disciplined, driven, high-performance leaders who can inspire the next generation of athletes.

📣 Position: High-Performance Coach & Athlete Development Specialist

Contract Role | Australia-Wide

✔ Essential Requirements

• Elite playing experience in Rugby League, Rugby Union, Touch, Tag or AFL
• Cert III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent qualification)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise & Sports Science (or similar)
• Blue Card / WWCC — mandatory
• Ages 19–35, demonstrating leadership, maturity & discipline

⭐ Highly Regarded

• Mindset / mental performance coaching expertise
• Strength & conditioning or youth athlete development experience
• Strong communication skills & emotional intelligence
