🌟 We’re Hiring – Support Workers in Melbourne! 🌟

Pinnacle Care Group is a boutique NDIS provider supporting participants across South-East Melbourne, with some work also available across Greater Melbourne. We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team.

✨ What we offer:
• Casual employment with above award wages
• A mix of shifts: standard hours, weekends, active overnights, and respite support are all available.
• Variety of work including community access, transport, in-home support, domestic assistance and respite.
• Ongoing support from a team that values reliability and consistency.

👩‍💼 What we’re looking for:
• Positive, caring attitude and willingness to support people with different needs
• Relevant checks (NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, First Aid/CPR, Driver’s Licence, etc) — or willingness to obtain them
• Experience is welcome, but we’re also open to those new to the sector who are motivated to learn
