We are ALL about the benefit exercise has on not only YOU mamma, but on your BUBS as well!

Whether you’ve just had your little one, or you have some older kids already, bring them along and let them learn by example!

We have a child play area and a lounge where they can watch you train and be close. If they need some cuddles or are having a rough day, then don’t stress either – I can hold and comfort them while you train, or we can even include them in your session!

Our Semi-Private PT sessions have a maximum of 4 people per session.

This means your trainer can provide individualised guidance and modifications, and tailor each session to meet your specific needs and fitness level.

These sessions are a great way to have a PT-like experience, alongside other mums and mums-to-be, at a fraction of the price!

With a minimum of 2 people per session, you can train with your friend or make some new ones! Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, or had kids a little while ago, each session is tailored to you individually.

Are you pregnant and looking to stay fit, strong, and set yourself up for an easier labour and recovery?

Perhaps you're experiencing back pain, hip pain, incontinence, or generally just not quite like yourself anymore?

Did you know that exercising while pregnant is the best way to help reduce body aches and pains, as well as improving your energy, and building a strong pelvic floor to support you during and after labour.

You will also be supported with your nutrition through pregnancy which will help set you up with healthy, sustainable habits that you can maintain after birth.

Our 20min focus sessions are great if you're looking to focus on something specific or time/energy poor but still want that 1 on 1 quality session.
