This year's Tai Chi practice in Castlemaine will be a formal training of Yang style 24 form, starting Tuesday 14 April at the West End Hall.
Drop ins are welcome and first class free.
$150 for 13 week term or $25 casual.

Looking for a new movement practice in Castlemaine?

Monday morning YOGA at Over The Moon Yoga and Dance Studios will focus on a simple hatha yoga class drawing on Okido (Japanese yoga) traditions.

We'll do some partner work, explore feldenkrais style grounded movement, learn key acupressure points from Traditional Chinsese medicine, and simple Shiatsu self-massage techniques.

This is a fun, interactive way to start your week amongst friends in a small, supportive group suitable for all ages and all levels.
